CBD OIL FOR PAIN
Contrary to what many uneducated people on the topic of CBD believe, cannabis oil is NOT used to get high. It actually doesn't trigger any of your THC receptors which makes you "feel high" once you digest marijuana. It's been reported that CBD Oil can really help with your distress or pain. From controlling people's seizures, to helping pets, CBD has hit the spotlight this past year about the wonders it can work.
One of the most recent and telling studies out there is a study from 2013, which shows how CBD could really reduce nausea and vomiting and suppress seizure activity. Not only did the study show promise with the above symptoms, it also showed some positive results in helping people with PTSD.
The most common question that gets asked from people seeking a new holistic health solution is, "if I start taking CBD, is it legal?"
This is a very fair question, and it's unfortunate that more information isn't out there for people to simply understand and digest. Hemp extract CBD is 100% legal, although there is a bunch of jargon from the press saying otherwise, which is not accurate. THC based CBD, which is out there, is considered illegal on a federal level, but on a state level it depends on state wide laws. So many people seeking alternative health solutions in the first place, sometimes get strayed away from CBD in fear or legal repercussions.
USE CBD TO RELAX
One of the biggest benefits to using CBD is how it helps you relax after a long day. I first started using CBD oil to help me relax at night. I struggle as a former athlete with a constant soar body and, at times, very intense insomnia. The first thing I noticed once I started taking CBD was how natural it felt to sleep. Not only was I falling asleep, I was staying asleep throughout the night! Ask anyone in my life, that alone is a miracle!
About three weeks into taking CBD at least once in the morning, and once at night, I started noticing CBD make my body feel better. I play sports and workout routinely and CBD really calmed my body and made it "feel better". I'm not real sure how else to put it. After only three weeks, I was feeling maybe the best I've ever felt.
Cannabinoid Effects on the GI System
This might be one of the least talked about positive benefits of CBD. It's reported that cannabinoids can positively impact the GI System. Many people who are struggling with (IBS) irritable bowl syndrome or visceral pain have seen a great benefit to taking some type of cannabinoid on a regular basis. The most common benefit they saw was pain relief in their abdominal area, which is critical for people suffering from these tough health disorders.
There are many misconceptions out there when it comes to cannabis oil and it's health benefits. Especially in when it comes to helping people with their pain. You have to do your own research, try it out for yourself, and come to your own conclusions.
